My 2 yr old cat has been restless, chasing shadows and possibly hallucinating. Has anyone seen this? - focal seizures more condition_symptoms

It has always been a hyperactive cat, but it is not normal. He is haunted by shadows and easily distracted. I took him to the vet and I think it may partial-onset seizures. All his blood work is negative. You want to try one more test, but also others, as you transfer to a specialist. This happened about two weeks and would like someone who can be found to relate or has some suggestions.
